Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers while promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
- Drive technical execution, architecture, system design, and timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Lead the design and development of internal AI-powered DevTools and engineering productivity solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Customer Success, customers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Guide prompt and context engineering practices and AI-based capability development.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and engineering standards.
- Drive system reliability, performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-team and organization-wide technical initiatives and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead or leading technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python or another backend programming language.
- Expertise in AWS and high-scale production environments.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with Angular, React, Vue, or leading full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and developing AI-based capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
