Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, construct, test, implement, and support new or revised application systems and programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, and applications development activities.
- Analyze complex application and business-process problems and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system design and functionality.
- Consult with business users, clients, and technology groups and provide user and operational support.
- Help define operating standards and processes and serve as an advisor or coach to junior analysts.
- Assess technology and business risks and support compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Experience with Python and AI/ML tools such as Devin.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
