Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of interoperability services between EHR systems and AWS cloud.
- Define and execute advanced data modeling and persistence strategies for clinical data.
- Direct the technical strategy for data acquisition and ingestion pipelines.
- Design secure and reliable RESTful APIs to connect hospital components to cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory standards in all system integrations.
- Mentor engineering teams and guide system design as a technical leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Expert-level Python development and experience with Domain-Driven Design.
- Proficiency in integrating with EHR systems and using healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7.
- Experience in architecting scalable data systems and building secure RESTful APIs.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and establishing best practices.
