Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration processes.
- Develop robust Oracle-based solutions for transactional and near real-time systems.
- Build scalable data processing pipelines, automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.
- Own solutions end-to-end from design and implementation through testing and production support.
- Collaborate with distributed global teams and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle and SQL.
- Advanced PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, packages, and functions.
- Experience with triggers, views, materialized views, performance tuning, transaction management, locking, and optimization.
- Experience building database-centric middleware or data integration layers.
- At least 5 years of Python and shell scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Experience designing ingestion, transformation, modelling, and storage pipelines.
- Experience with near real-time or transactional systems.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps is a plus.
- At least 5 years of banking experience is valued, ideally in Financial Markets.
- Knowledge of exchange-listed products such as equities and commodities is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and strong solution design, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
