Responsibilities
- Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices.
- Translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
- Create training materials and conduct customer training sessions.
- Create analytical reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions such as CRM systems.
- Customer-facing and/or consulting experience, including managing customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, independent-working, and continuous-learning abilities.
- Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce, is preferred.
- Master Data Management experience is preferred.
- Life sciences industry experience is preferred.
