Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product development teams and software development workstreams.
- Configure, integrate, enhance, and migrate data for Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM solutions.
- Ensure software assets meet internal and external customer expectations, functionality requirements, cost targets, and delivery schedules.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and foster accountability, quality, growth, and innovation.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and contribute to solution design during the sales process.
- Apply project and portfolio management principles, including planning, scheduling, resource loading, and cost loading.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Strong Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM configuration, integration, and data migration skills.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management principles, including planning, scheduling, resource loading, and cost loading.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and leading software development projects.
- Full-time education requirement of 15 years in the stated educational qualification section; the posting also separately states a 16-year requirement.
- Oracle Primavera Cloud experience and on-premise installation or upgrade experience are preferred.
