Base Salary
$255k - $382k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds for real estate investment customers.
- Build the real estate practice playbook, including demo libraries, workflow templates, and use cases.
- Design and implement screening, underwriting, diligence, investment committee, asset management, loan compliance, and valuation workflows in customer templates and formats.
- Review and normalize real estate investment materials, including OMs, broker packages, rent rolls, T-12s, leases, estoppels, third-party reports, loan documents, and term sheets.
- Build ARGUS and acquisition models and prepare investment committee materials.
- Partner with Account Executives and customer teams throughout pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Translate customer feedback into product roadmap improvements for Harvey Deals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience on an acquisitions, asset management, or real estate credit team with ownership of live deal work, including screening, underwriting, diligence, modeling, and committee materials.
- Principal-side deal execution experience is required; brokerage, valuation, or investment banking experience is welcome but insufficient on its own.
- Strong command of OMs, broker packages, rent rolls, T-12s, leases, estoppels, third-party reports, loan documents, ARGUS, and Excel acquisition models.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort using prompting and agentic AI workflows.
- Builder's instinct for converting repeated manual processes into repeatable automation; Python, SQL, or internal-tools experience is a plus.
- Executive presence, relationship-building ability, and credibility with stakeholders from analysts and associates through partners and investment committee members.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for demos, workshops, and technical underwriting discussions.
- Curiosity about AI's potential to transform investment work and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results; customer-facing or commercial experience and hands-on AI investment experience are pluses.
Benefits
- Compensation is listed as $254,600–$381,800 USD OTE with a 75/25 structure.
- The role may require travel approximately 2–3 or more times per month, typically for 1–3 days for significant business needs.
