Responsibilities
- Lead technical architects and developers in delivering Finance Systems roadmaps.
- Design, review, and implement solutions aligned with business outcomes and architectural principles.
- Lead solution design workshops and recommend solutions based on business, strategic, and operational requirements.
- Build and support distributed systems, web applications, databases, integrations, and AWS solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting, consulting, documentation, training, and operational support for applications and business processes.
- Define long-term portfolio architecture in partnership with enterprise architects.
- Promote DevOps, Agile delivery, automation, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.
- Perform unit, system, integration, and regression testing and develop automated regression test scripts.
- Develop test strategies and test plans for application releases, enhancements, and patches.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Software Development teams to support successful implementation and project delivery.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in application development, engineering, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions.
- Advanced experience with Python, Git, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, including Lambda, S3, EKS, and SQS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm.
- Experience with scheduler technologies such as Autosys or Airflow.
- Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and ESB/EDI technologies such as MuleSoft.
- Experience across the full technology lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, architecture, build or configuration, testing, and operational transition.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, client service, technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and operate proactively with little or no supervision.
