Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions using RPA, workflow platforms, integrations, and AI.
- Advise customers on automation strategies, operating models, and scalable automation capabilities.
- Build end-to-end solutions combining RPA, API integrations, workflow platforms, AI, and document processing.
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to solution architecture, security, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Work with software engineers, data engineers, solution architects, cloud specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Coach and guide junior and medior Automation Engineers.
- Contribute to Generative AI, Agentic AI, Process Mining, and Intelligent Document Processing initiatives.
- Participate in Sogeti’s Automation Community and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with RPA, process automation, or Intelligent Automation.
- Demonstrated experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or comparable automation platforms.
- Software development experience with C#, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Extensive experience with API integrations, microservices, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with workflow and integration platforms such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, n8n, or Camunda.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, containerization, and modern DevOps principles.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, Machine Learning, or Generative AI is strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and engage stakeholders.
- Dutch language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
