Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise solutions on Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and reusable data products.
- Develop Ontology models, business objects, relationships, actions, workflows, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs.
- Create operational and analytical applications using Workshop and other Palantir development capabilities.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and semantic search.
- Develop intelligent workflows with Palantir AIP Agent Studio and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, designers, product teams, business stakeholders, and product owners.
- Provide technical leadership, influence architecture and delivery direction, and present solutions and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Lead development workstreams, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Gather client requirements, demonstrate solutions, and support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or data engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
- Experience with Palantir AIP Agent Builder is an additional qualification.
- Experience with digital twins, IoT, industrial AI, ontology creation, document intelligence, or operational automation is valued.
- Knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graph architectures is valued.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms is valued.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and security frameworks is valued.
- Strong client engagement, storytelling, architecture, leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership capabilities are expected.
