Responsibilities
- Develop digital solutions for banking-sector customers using modern technologies.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues and assume responsibility early in customer projects.
- Build subject-matter expertise and methodological skills in consulting and project work.
- Contribute to varied customer projects focused on digitalization.
- Travel within Switzerland as required.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business informatics or a comparable field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of common programming languages and initial experience with full-stack development.
- Knowledge of modern technologies such as cloud, microservices, AI/ML, and API management.
- Familiarity with databases and database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
- Initial experience in the financial sector, such as through internships, is advantageous.
