Responsibilities
- Deliver second-line software support for new and existing customers.
- Document incoming service cases and their solutions.
- Collaborate with functional departments and global software teams on software projects.
- Provide Java software development for WCS, MFC, and OFS systems, including PTL and PbV.
- Support international project commissioning and post-go-live activities.
- Process change requests and provide ongoing service support for existing customers.
- Share 24/7 on-call responsibilities and travel when needed.
Requirements
- Experience with software architectures and software development in Java.
- Experience in a similar second-line IT or software support function.
- Confidence working with Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management or Warehouse Execution systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and perseverance when resolving customer challenges.
- Willingness to participate in shared 24/7 on-call duties and travel when needed.
