Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate AI-agent tools, including copilots and workflows, and conduct user pilots.
  • Oversee the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
  • Lead the technical development of tailored AI/ML solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to automate semiconductor development and reliability processes.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases with business stakeholders and map current and target processes.
  • Define success metrics, hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and guardrails.
  • Measure impact, report outcomes, harden and scale successful solutions, and document reusable patterns for a shared starter kit.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field; a PhD is a plus.
  • About 4 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong Python skills, including NumPy and PyTorch, and experience with Git.
  • Applied AI knowledge covering LLMs, prompt and tool design, agent orchestration, and evaluation methods.
  • Experience designing processes and workflows for automation and AI, defining KPIs, designing experiments, and interpreting results.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, change management, project planning, and execution.
  • Experience in semiconductor technologies or related industries is advantageous.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, outcome orientation, pragmatism, curiosity, user focus, and ability to work with ambiguity.
