Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features and applications, including conversational interfaces, workflow automations, MCP servers, and computer vision solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with Atlas internal systems, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, third-party APIs, and operational data sources.
- Implement AI testing strategies covering prompt evaluation, regression testing, output validation, and model performance.
- Apply authentication patterns, data protection controls, and audit logging.
- Support responsible and compliant AI use through approved tools, data-handling practices, governance guardrails, and privacy and security reviews.
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance, reliability, and cost; respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement using analytics and user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relevant to business process improvement or technology adoption, or equivalent practical experience or training.
- Foundational proficiency in one general-purpose programming language such as Python or C# and one frontend framework such as React or JavaScript.
- Comfort with REST APIs, JSON, databases, and basic data structures.
- Understanding or project experience involving AI, ML, and LLM concepts such as prompting, embeddings, and retrieval through coursework, personal projects, or an internship.
- Relevant personal projects with publicly shareable artifacts such as GitHub repositories, demos, technical write-ups, or case studies.
- Eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
- Preferred: experience building LLM-powered applications and automations.
- Preferred: exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including Azure Functions, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and containers.
- Preferred: familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Graph APIs, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Preferred: relevant AI-focused certifications or accredited boot camp completion.
