Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and other business teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
Translate business objectives and technical requirements into AI-powered solutions.
Build, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications and prototypes using modern AI technologies.
Design and implement intelligent document processing, multi-agent, AI routing, and decision-support workflows.
Support AI initiatives from use-case definition and solution design through deployment and adoption.
Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, ITSM, marketing, finance, procurement, and other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain reusable AI components, tools, and internal best practices.
Participate in architecture reviews, testing, knowledge sharing, and monitoring for quality, reliability, bias, governance, security, and compliance.

Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of AI and generative AI fundamentals through academic or professional work.
Experience developing production-level solutions with Python and working with APIs, data pipelines, or AI frameworks.
Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and modern AI development tools.
Knowledge of Azure AI Services or other cloud-based AI platforms is preferred.
Understanding of software development best practices and the AI solution lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and translate business challenges into practical solutions.
Customer-focused, curious, proactive, adaptable, creative, and eager to learn emerging AI technologies.

Six-month contract.
