Responsibilities
- Build internal applications and tooling used by annotators, ML researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop user-facing browser and server experiences using full-stack engineering practices.
- Build resilient, mission-critical systems and adopt technologies that improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers through pairing sessions, architectural designs, documentation, and technical talks.
- Identify and remove roadblocks to improve team engineering velocity.
Requirements
- Experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders.
- Comfort working across both the front end and back end of the stack.
- Previous experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex needs, goals, and technical implementations clearly to varied audiences.
- Interest in AI and motivation to help scale a company.
