Responsibilities
- Support development of AI-powered applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and knowledge-based solutions.
- Assist in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using AI models and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Help develop natural-language interfaces and AI-powered tools for accessing data and information.
- Participate in prompt engineering to improve model responses and user experiences.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI under senior-team guidance.
- Assist with testing, debugging, documentation, and performance improvements for AI applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative team sessions.
- Use GitHub and software engineering best practices for version control and code collaboration.
- Explore new AI technologies and contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- Coursework, personal projects, academic research, or internship experience involving software development or AI technologies.
- Basic programming experience in Python.
- Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI concepts.
- Interest in large language models and prompt engineering.
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks is preferred.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is preferred.
- Experience with generative AI or chatbot technologies through coursework or projects is preferred.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and software development lifecycle practices is preferred.
- Hackathon, research project, or open-source experience is preferred.
