Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities by analyzing existing workflows and pain points.
  • Design, build, and implement AI-powered tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deploy workflow automations using APIs, scripting, or low-code tools.
  • Prototype and test new AI use cases in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a mentor to raise AI literacy and confidence within the Customer Experience teams.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with governance and security standards.
  • Share best practices and frameworks to scale successful AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance to the company.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in operations or strategic process improvement roles.
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS platforms and the ability to integrate APIs.
  • Experience launching AI-powered tools that deliver measurable business value.
  • Solid understanding of core AI concepts and data privacy considerations.
  • Hands-on capability to build and maintain workflow automations.
  • Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills to influence outcomes in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in designing and measuring process-driven experimentation.
