Responsibilities
- Assist with developing embedded firmware for the battery management system.
- Support firmware testing and validation for system reliability and performance.
- Integrate firmware with battery monitoring hardware and system controls.
- Debug and troubleshoot firmware and hardware interactions.
- Develop and execute test plans and document test results.
- Maintain organized firmware documentation.
- Help improve system performance, stability, and safety features.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers on system integration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- Career interest in embedded systems and firmware development.
- Familiarity with C/C++ or other embedded programming languages.
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers and hardware interfaces.
- Experience with debugging tools and version control such as Git is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
