Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect AI-native security workflows using agents, deterministic automation, and human decision points with safe failure modes.
- Design and govern agentic AI systems with permissions, guardrails, least-privilege identity, and controls against prompt injection, tool abuse, and data exfiltration.
- Partner with security, engineering, and business stakeholders to consolidate processes into scalable, measurable enterprise solutions.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows with security platforms, systems of record, identity services, and enterprise applications through APIs, event streams, and Model Context Protocol.
- Establish reusable architectures, agent patterns, and evaluation frameworks optimized for cost, latency, reliability, and security.
- Lead large-scale technical initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in software engineering, security engineering, cybersecurity architecture, platform architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI, generative AI, or agentic AI solutions within security domains.
- Deep expertise in agentic AI architecture, context management, guardrails, least-privilege agent identity, evaluation frameworks, and production optimization.
- Strong software engineering and distributed systems background, including APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud platforms, system integrations, and observability.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience applying AI and agentic systems to application security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps, threat modeling, or secure software development is desired.
- Experience building MCP servers or agent tools and familiarity with LLMOps and secure-by-design frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications are desired.
