Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for high-quality software delivery.
- Make technical and team decisions affecting multiple teams and projects.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and provide cross-team solutions.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development processes and product performance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management, including CSM architecture, App Engine, Case Management, integrations, B2C Public Portal, and Document Intelligence.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality, performance optimization, and software lifecycle management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
