Responsibilities
- Write and publish narratives explaining Vercel’s AI Cloud and platform capabilities.
- Create repeatable, tech-enabled pipelines for drafting and publishing content.
- Build agents and workflows to support the content development process.
- Pressure test features and documentation for accuracy and clarity.
- Stay updated on products and industry trends to ensure content relevance.
- Review and refine content and code examples for clarity and accuracy.
- Track performance and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role.
- Hands-on web development experience with real-world tradeoff reasoning.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tools like TypeScript and Next.js.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and ask insightful questions.
- Quick learner capable of explaining new domains clearly.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
