Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and productionisation of machine learning models for Ads systems.
- Build monitoring, evaluation, and alerting frameworks for model performance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create scalable ML solutions.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to embed models into production systems.
- Contribute to best practices for ML quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
- 3+ years' experience writing production code in Python.
- Experience with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CircleCI.
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, including supervised learning and recommendation systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
- Experience mentoring others in the team.
