Responsibilities
- Operate as a self-sufficient, T-shaped, full-stack AI/ML engineer.
- Recommend and implement AI/ML-driven solutions for HealthTech applications.
- Review technical architecture documentation and ensure deliverables align with it.
- Develop high-quality code based on business, architectural, and client requirements.
- Author useful code documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement resolutions for technical challenges.
- Develop proofs of concept, optimize existing systems, and contribute to technical architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering teammates to deliver commitments on time.
- Log design, development, and consulting hours daily for accurate client invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar engineering major.
- At least 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Software Engineer with similar responsibilities, excluding internships.
- Experience engineering with Python.
- Experience working in Linux and/or MacOS environments.
- Experience engineering a SaaS product or platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English at least at C1/Advanced level.
- Valid work authorization and residency in Europe.
- Working proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Ukrainian may be helpful.
