Responsibilities

Operate as a self-sufficient, T-shaped, full-stack AI/ML engineer.
Recommend and implement AI/ML-driven solutions for HealthTech applications.
Review technical architecture documentation and ensure deliverables align with it.
Develop high-quality code based on business, architectural, and client requirements.
Author useful code documentation and participate in code reviews.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement resolutions for technical challenges.
Develop proofs of concept, optimize existing systems, and contribute to technical architecture.
Collaborate with engineering teammates to deliver commitments on time.
Log design, development, and consulting hours daily for accurate client invoicing.

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar engineering major.
At least 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Software Engineer with similar responsibilities, excluding internships.
Experience engineering with Python.
Experience working in Linux and/or MacOS environments.
Experience engineering a SaaS product or platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English at least at C1/Advanced level.
Valid work authorization and residency in Europe.
Working proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Ukrainian may be helpful.
