Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs and designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Ship code that follows engineering best practices and is production-safe after review.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Data partners to ensure project alignment.
- Proactively seek opportunities to sharpen skills through code reviews and architectural deep-dives.
- Drive feature development from coding through deployment, monitoring, QA, and iteration.
- Champion engineering excellence and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide input on team technical design for scalable solutions.
- Communicate effectively through clear PR descriptions and surface blockers proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-growth product environments.
- Strong coding and architectural proficiency with a focus on reliable code.
- Full-stack proficiency across backend services, APIs, and modern frontends.
- Strong product instincts to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- AI-First mindset with experience using AI coding tools.
- Understanding of the feature lifecycle from local branch to production.
