Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions integrating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including metadata frameworks, custom objects, and scalable data models.
- Define coding standards, integration patterns, governance practices, and platform architecture aligned with Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Lead org hygiene, technical debt reduction, roadmap evolution, and architecture validation across enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Architect workflows, automation, omni-channel capabilities, and AI-driven features including Einstein Analytics and Einstein Copilot.
- Design secure integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft, AWS, authentication technologies, and APIs.
- Lead implementation of Data Cloud, person accounts, skill-based routing, and other strategic initiatives through production.
- Guide Salesforce developers and administrators through mentorship, code reviews, design collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with product, business systems, and engineering leadership on roadmap alignment and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL optimization.
- Experience designing secure, scalable integrations using MuleSoft, AWS, OAuth, and SSO.
- Experience architecting multi-org and multi-cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, performance optimization, data modeling, data governance, SAML, multi-tenancy, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to provide strategic technical leadership, make architecture trade-offs, communicate with executive stakeholders, and mentor technical teams.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
- AWS, MuleSoft, or Heroku integration experience; Einstein Analytics, Einstein Copilot, or AI-driven Salesforce experience; and healthcare or regulated-industry experience are preferred.
