Responsibilities
- Build self-serviceable data experiences for customer analytics and reporting.
- Create fault-tolerant data pipelines to collect data from various microservices and third-party systems.
- Draft role-based controls for data governance.
- Leverage AI technology to enhance customer experience and internal processes.
- Mentor and foster the growth of emerging talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Ability to work in an energetic and agile environment.
- Act as an owner by taking responsibility for outcomes and championing solutions.
- Eager to move fast while recognizing the need for future-proofing.
- Familiarity with data platforming technologies like Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.
- Knowledge of Carta's tech stack including Python, Django, Javascript, Typescript, React, Postgres, GRPC, and Kafka.
