Base Salary

$137k - $270k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and customization of NetSuite for R2R and accounting processes.
Architect scalable NetSuite solutions that integrate with upstream and downstream systems.
Develop and maintain SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RESTlets for automation.
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to enforce accounting policies in NetSuite.
Act as the primary contact for Finance teams including Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.
Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and audit requirements through system configurations.
Optimize financial close processes to reduce cycle time.
Build and enhance reporting frameworks for accurate financial reporting.
Oversee integrations with external systems like payroll and CRM platforms.
Support data governance and master data management in alignment with accounting standards.

10+ years of NetSuite development/engineering experience focused on General Ledger and accounting modules.
Strong knowledge of OTC and R2R processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience implementing system-enforced financial controls and supporting SOX compliance.
Solid understanding of US GAAP and accounting workflows.
Experience with role-based security design and audit requirements.
