Responsibilities
- Develop automated solutions for mobile app testing on real devices and emulators.
- Build APIs and endpoints to automate web portal updates, notifications, and documentation generation.
- Advocate for native, low-code, and no-code automation platforms.
- Create integrations across Jira, Testrail, Slack, GitHub, and Datadog.
- Collaborate with development, QA, project management, product, product operations, and regulatory teams to define scope and deliver projects.
- Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and track ROI metrics for automation initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team learning, innovation, and growth.
- Develop tools and infrastructure for backend API testing, cloud services, dashboards, microservices, and CI/CD test pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, preferably Python.
- Experience building test automation solutions for AI/ML-based medical products.
- Hands-on mobile application development experience using Kotlin and/or Swift.
- Experience developing or enhancing testing frameworks for mobile and web applications.
- Experience with Appium and native mobile testing frameworks such as Espresso and XCUI Test.
- Experience developing tools and infrastructure for backend API testing, REST APIs, and cloud services.
- Experience integrating Jira, Testrail, GitHub, web portals, databases, and AWS or GCP services.
- Experience managing automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of AWS or GCP for developing dashboards, microservices, and testing tools.
