Responsibilities
- Develop robust .NET backend architectures focused on performance, security, and scalability
- Design and evolve RESTful API integrations to automate enterprise workflows
- Manage SQL database environments, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and communicate with stakeholders
- Identify technical debt, reverse-engineer complex logic, document systems, and improve engineering workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated backend development experience
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core or .NET 5+, and ASP.NET Web API
- Strong experience managing SQL databases, complex stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Deep understanding of Git, CI/CD, and cloud-native environments using GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Proven experience with microservices or distributed 3-tier architectures
- Advanced written and verbal English proficiency for collaboration with US-based clients
- Experience in nearshore/offshore, client-facing startup environments
