Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end.
- Optimize the ranking of profile search results.
- Develop new filters and data sources for the search engine.
- Build LLM-powered product features and improve user experiences.
- Fine-tune models to extract relevant insights from profiles.
- Create feedback loops to improve search queries.
- Make engineering decisions and work closely with the founders.
Requirements
- Experience building something from scratch, such as a startup, project, or feature.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to move quickly and learn by building.
- Demonstrated excellence through education, work experience, projects, or other accomplishments.
- Strong ownership of projects and willingness to work hard.
- Experience with core technologies in the stack, including Next.js and AWS.
