Responsibilities
- Contribute to enhancing the backend engine in a production-grade codebase.
- Explore and implement AI agents and AI-powered features.
- Build and refine integration points with SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Work on live engineering priorities and deliver real goals with mentor guidance.
- Gain exposure to overhead management and cost structures in SAP’s controlling landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in an international engineering environment.
Requirements
- Be actively enrolled in a university degree programme with at least one year of studies remaining when the internship starts.
- Have sound knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Demonstrate algorithmic thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Have hands-on exposure to AI agents through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and the ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams.
- Be open to using AI tools, including agentic AI, in everyday work.
