Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions on ServiceNow.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and lead best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize application performance and support high availability of custom applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development is required.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within ServiceNow is required.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and agile development methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development on ServiceNow is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
