Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requests and processes, convert them into structured requirements, evaluate scenarios, and recommend business and IT solutions.
- Design, develop, document, test, and maintain software solutions.
- Analyze and manage customer issues, coordinate client interaction during testing, fix bugs, and handle change requests.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business analysts, and software engineers.
- Deliver high-quality solutions that meet project specifications and timelines.
Requirements
- Scientific degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science or engineering.
- Proven experience in the banking sector.
- Solid experience with PL/SQL development.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and deliver robust, maintainable solutions.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, including MT and/or MX, is a strong plus.
- Java/J2EE programming skills are advantageous.
- Understanding of ETL processes, database management systems, relational databases, and SQL is a plus.
- Good spoken and written Italian and English are mandatory.
