Responsibilities
- Empower millions of users through impactful Fintech applications.
- Experiment with cutting-edge machine learning modeling techniques.
- Work on both 0-1 stage problems and 1-10 challenges.
- Develop AI/ML models throughout the full life cycle, from offline training to online serving and monitoring.
- Collaborate with teams across Plaid to define the ML roadmap.
- Utilize data-driven decisions in day-to-day work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training and serving AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Experience building and working with data-intensive backend applications in large distributed systems.
- Proficiency in coding with data infrastructure tools like Python, Spark, and Jupyter notebooks.
- Strong ownership and project management skills.
- Data analytics and data engineering experience is a plus.
- Experience with NLP and the FinTech industry is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
