Responsibilities
- Lead technical decisions and contribute to application architecture design.
- Guide and mentor development teams in their daily activities.
- Design and develop robust, performant solutions in .NET.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams and client stakeholders.
- Identify and propose improvements in performance and industrialization.
- Promote best practices and help develop team capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's-level education in computer science or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience in .NET development and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.
- Strong technical design and stakeholder communication skills.
- Good English proficiency and active technology monitoring.
