Base Salary
$226k - $311k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution development, technical strategy, architecture, design quality, and roadmaps for multiple high-stakes enterprise Agentic AI deployments.
- Architect and validate robust, scalable, secure, compliant AI solutions across multiple industries.
- Lead, guide, and mentor cross-functional Forward Deployed Engineering teams and engineers.
- Act as a principal solution-design partner and trusted consultant to senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop technical best practices, reusable frameworks, asset libraries, playbooks, whitepapers, and blog posts.
- Drive innovation in RAG, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval optimization, SLM fine-tuning, and enterprise AI architecture.
- Lead post-delivery optimization and adoption and establish customer feedback loops with product and platform teams.
- Partner with Product and Platform Engineering to address customer requirements, functional gaps, and platform enhancements.
- Establish standards for observability, monitoring, telemetry, governance, and auditable AI agents.
- Represent Uniphore at industry events, thought-leadership forums, and strategic technical partnerships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology, B2B, AI, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex engineering engagements and technical teams.
- Experience leading or working with Forward Deployed Engineering teams in client-facing environments.
- Mastery of AI solution architecture, including multi-agent systems, RAG, SLMs, LLMs, multimodal systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with data engineering, full-stack engineering, modern frameworks, and cloud or DevOps environments.
- Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions across multiple domains or industry verticals.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, influencing, and senior stakeholder-management skills.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Advanced understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for AI in business settings.
- Experience establishing engineering processes, quality standards, and best practices across distributed teams.
- Thought leadership or published contributions in the AI agentic ecosystem, OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, or Knowledge Graph communities.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, vector databases, retrieval optimization, SLM/LLM fine-tuning, GPU and infrastructure trends, prompt engineering, and agentic systems design and development.
