Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years in software development, technical support, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
- Strong customer empathy and desire to enhance customer experiences.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Understanding of common web technology stacks.
- Ability to address customer concerns professionally.
