Responsibilities
- Build and ship features daily alongside the CTO to automate the recruiting process end to end.
- Own full end-to-end development of core product features from ideation through production.
- Design and ship components of an agentic AI system with the founding team.
- Talk to users and measure impact on hiring speed to drive rapid iteration.
- Work in a founder-paced environment with daily feedback loops.
- Participate in hacker-house setups in Latin America and work seven days per week.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on production experience with Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, and Typesense in a React/TypeScript stack.
- Full-stack focus rather than an ML-engineering or highly specialized single-language focus.
- Ability to drive features independently from ideation to production.
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- An outstanding profile, such as a top GPA, strong university background, impressive projects, or active GitHub activity.
- Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, scrappy environments.
- Portfolio or sample projects demonstrating full-stack development and open-source contributions are preferred.
