Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, optimize, and maintain platform backend software.
- Write high-quality, high-performance code focused on stability and reliability.
- Design and implement Java and Spring-based microservices, including service discovery, configuration, gateways, communication, load balancing, resilience, tracing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in PRD design and reviews by providing technical input on requirements, workflows, permissions, exceptions, acceptance criteria, and release boundaries.
- Write and maintain TRD, interface, database design, and development documentation covering architecture, modules, APIs, data structures, protocols, state transitions, exception handling, performance, security, and deployment constraints.
- Participate in requirements and technical solution reviews and help development teams align implementation with product requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Java backend development experience.
- Experience with platform backend systems, microservices, distributed systems, or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Java core mechanisms, including I/O, multithreading, collections, and reflection.
- Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring MVC.
- Experience designing and implementing microservice capabilities such as service decomposition, service discovery, configuration centers, API gateways, inter-service communication, load balancing, circuit breaking, retries, rate limiting, distributed tracing, logging, monitoring, and fault diagnosis.
- Familiarity with MyBatis, JPA, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, Linux commands, and scripting.
- Ability to perform SQL optimization and index design and to apply distributed caching.
- Strong technical documentation, requirements analysis, abstraction, and business-to-technical decomposition skills.
- Familiarity with the complete delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis and technical design through development, testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance.
