Responsibilities
- Build large-scale search systems on proprietary clinical data from hospital and clinic partners.
- Develop semantic search systems over large unstructured datasets.
- Work on customer-facing products as part of a fast-moving team.
- Own product design end to end.
- Take open-ended problems from initial questions to working models with minimal predefined structure.
- Write findings as technical reports and papers.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience deploying production systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively on open-ended problems and ambiguity.
- Strong ownership and ability to work without extensive guidance.
- Prior founder or founding-engineer experience is a plus.
- Strong product taste is a plus.
- Experience building LLM-powered products is a plus.
- Interest in startups and potentially starting a company is a plus.
