Responsibilities

Lead the AI tooling strategy for engineering at Vanta.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered development tools to improve productivity.
Drive developer experience initiatives like in-house UI testing and codebase modularization.
Design and build tools and infrastructure for efficient code shipping.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor engineers on development workflows and AI tool adoption.

Senior level experience as a software engineer with expertise in developer tools or infrastructure.
Experience with orchestrating AI agents and automating workflows.
Proven ability to build and scale full-stack applications, including backend systems and APIs.
Practical experience with build systems, testing infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
Strong skills in rapid prototyping and shipping production-ready code.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
