Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell.
- Implement governed Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled automation for approved use cases.
- Diagnose automation failures, performance issues, and operational incidents and support remediation planning.
- Support production automation and platform workloads, including incident response, runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards covering automation health, platform usage, adoption, and governance metrics.
- Apply architecture patterns, governance standards, security practices, and lifecycle management guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and six years of IT experience delivering automation or application solutions, or a high school diploma/GED and ten years of such experience.
- Three years of experience building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Three years of PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 automation and administration, including Graph API.
- Two years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- One year of experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions, such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or LLM-based automations.
- Experience supporting production platforms and automation workloads, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications, Copilot Studio agent governance, AI/agent solution development, regulated-industry experience, Power Platform governance, troubleshooting, debugging, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
