Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell.
- Implement Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled automation in accordance with governance, security, and lifecycle standards.
- Diagnose automation failures, performance issues, and operational incidents; plan remediation with the Architect and escalate systemic issues.
- Support production automation and platform workloads, including documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for automation health, platform usage, adoption, and governance/audit metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and six years of IT experience delivering automation or application solutions, or a high school diploma/GED and ten years of such experience.
- Three years of experience building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications, Power Automate flows, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Three years of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation and administration, including Graph API.
- Two years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience covering Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- One year of experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions, such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or LLM-based automations.
- Experience supporting production platforms and automation workloads, including incident response and root-cause analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AB-620, PL-200, MS-102, or AI-102; experience governing Copilot Studio or other agent solutions; regulated-industry automation experience; Power Platform governance knowledge; troubleshooting skills; and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
