Responsibilities
- Manage and implement cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Build and improve automation scripts and systems for monitoring and managing platform infrastructure and applications.
- Manage Kubernetes, Docker, containers, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related technologies.
- Improve software-solution reliability and quality, measure and optimize system performance, and identify bottlenecks.
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents and service requests.
- Work scheduled weekly shifts to fulfill 16x5 service requirements, including availability until 1 a.m. one week per month.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an SRE or DevOps professional.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including Windows Services, Active Directory, file shares, and Microsoft IIS.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, Bash, and mandatory PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, containers, and CI/CD technologies.
- Written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet objectives, and proactively identify problems and improvement opportunities.
