Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack software solutions.
- Write production-ready code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize performance and error handling.
- Review and sequence merge requests, manage release branching and dependencies, and verify frontend/backend compatibility.
- Coordinate deployment cycles across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments with a targeted 1–2 day stabilization window.
- Validate post-deployment installations, resolve database and index mapping issues, perform smoke tests, and investigate exception dashboards.
- Communicate post-deployment procedures and maintain release documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Go or other modern programming languages.
- Mastery of Git workflows, complex merge strategies, conflict resolution, and release branching strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, build automation, and code-review workflows.
- Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability and willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph; the posting also specifies active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for coordinating releases and resolving engineering bottlenecks.
- Preferred qualifications include operational software, intelligence analysis, or government mission software experience; database index configuration, Cypress, monitoring dashboards, infrastructure-as-code, deployment scripting, containerized environments, or SAFe RTE and AWS Certified Developer certifications.
