Base Salary
$133k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, harden, and deploy production AI agents and applications in customer environments.
- Design grounding, retrieval, memory, tool-use, and multi-step workflows using Microsoft AI technologies and related connectors.
- Lead customer engagements from discovery through deployment, handoff, and enablement.
- Translate customer business priorities and use cases into production solution designs.
- Deploy standardized solutions across customers and publish and govern agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and Agent 365.
- Contribute reusable agents, workflows, components, marketplace offers, and partner enablement content.
- Co-deliver with system integrator partners and coach and review engineers and partner delivery teams.
- Provide field feedback to refine reference architectures, standards, and reusable tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, including 5+ years building enterprise cloud or AI solutions.
- Customer-facing delivery experience and a record of shipping production software.
- Experience working with global or regional teams.
- Ability to explain technical designs to business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Benefits
- U.S. base pay range of $133,400.00–$226,800.00 per year, with eligibility for additional rewards such as merit increases, annual bonuses or sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
