Base Salary
$102k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UiPath RPA delivery from discovery and solution design through development, deployment, monitoring, and hypercare.
- Build reusable automation frameworks, libraries, components, and robust workflows.
- Conduct workshops, create PDD and SDD documentation, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Develop Power Automate cloud flows and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including robots, queues, schedules, credentials, licensing, alerts, and monitoring.
- Monitor bot performance and optimize automation for stability and throughput.
- Define coding standards, exception handling, logging, testing, and documentation practices.
- Lead code reviews, coach junior developers, and drive team upskilling.
- Support sprint planning, workload and capacity management, stakeholder prioritization, and delivery-status communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 8–10 years of overall professional experience in software development, automation, or IT delivery roles.
- At least 6 years of hands-on UiPath experience, including Orchestrator administration.
- At least 2 years of team-lead or technical-lead experience with code review and junior-developer mentoring responsibilities.
- Enterprise automation delivery experience, preferably in finance, insurance, healthcare, logistics, or shared services.
- Advanced UiPath Studio expertise in workflow design, UI automation, API integration, and custom activity development.
- Strong VB.NET and C# knowledge, plus expert-level UiPath Orchestrator and RE Framework experience.
- Experience with Agentic Automation, UiPath Maestro, Document Understanding, OCR, classification, extraction, AI/ML integrations, and Gen-AI activities.
- Experience automating SAP, legacy, and mainframe applications using UI automation, selectors, and screen-based techniques.
- Experience with UiPath Action Center, Automation Hub, Process Mining, and UiPath Apps.
- Power Automate experience, including cloud flows, standard and premium connectors, Microsoft 365 integrations, expressions, error handling, and governance.
- Good-to-have experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and project management practices.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer and Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certifications are preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
