Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RPA delivery on UiPath, including discovery, design, development, deployment, and hyper care.
- Build reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components and develop Power Automate cloud flows for Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including robots, queues, schedules, credentials, licensing, monitoring, alerts, and audit management.
- Design and implement UiPath workflows, RE Framework solutions, Document Understanding processes, Agentic Automation, and AI-driven automation.
- Automate SAP, legacy, mainframe, and terminal-based applications using UI automation, selectors, and screen-based techniques.
- Monitor bot performance and optimize automation stability and throughput.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, define coding and documentation standards, and drive team upskilling.
- Conduct workshops, create process and solution design documents, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
- Support sprint planning, workload and capacity management, and pipeline prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 8–10 years of overall professional experience in software development, automation, or IT delivery roles.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, including Orchestrator administration.
- At least 2 years in a team lead or technical lead role with code review and junior developer mentoring responsibilities.
- Deep hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio, advanced workflow design, UI automation, API integration, custom activities, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Action Center, Automation Hub, Process Mining, and UiPath Apps.
- Strong knowledge of VB.NET and C# concepts.
- Experience with Agentic Automation, UiPath Maestro, Document Understanding, OCR, classification, extraction, and intelligent processing of structured and unstructured documents.
- Experience with AI/ML integrations, Gen-AI activities, intelligent exception handling, and decision-making workflows in RPA.
- Experience automating SAP, legacy, and mainframe applications, including SAP GUI transactions and terminal-based systems.
- Working experience with Microsoft Power Automate, cloud flows, Microsoft 365 integrations, expressions, error handling, and flow governance is preferred.
- Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and project management practices is preferred.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer and Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certifications are preferred.
- Enterprise automation delivery experience, preferably in finance, insurance, healthcare, logistics, or shared services, is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
