Responsibilities
- Build and optimize high-performance Android applications for risk control and identity verification products.
- Integrate and optimize lightweight on-device AI models for face recognition and liveness detection on Android.
- Develop Android client-side libraries and frameworks to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hybrid frameworks and on-device inference pipelines.
- Implement camera capture, on-device preprocessing, backend API calls, and user action recognition flows.
- Handle real-time video frame processing and camera stream management on Android.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building Android applications from scratch.
- High proficiency with Kotlin and Java.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience deploying local or on-device AI models on Android, including face recognition, liveness detection, and action recognition models.
- Experience with Android video processing, camera capture, real-time frame processing, and video stream handling.
- Familiarity with face recognition, computer vision, face detection, liveness, and anti-spoofing workflows.
- Experience with Android architecture design, Jetpack, OkHttp, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Knowledge of C++ and JNI is a plus.
