Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows to transform complex business processes.
Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
Build business cases that articulate ROI and strategic alignment.
Evaluate and implement AI solutions that fit organizational needs.
Design solutions with an AI-first approach for optimal value delivery.
Monitor AI workflow performance and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver training programs and enablement materials for teams.
Create frameworks and best practices to accelerate AI adoption.
Build a community of practice around AI and intelligent agents.
Act as an AI evangelist and educator within the organization.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and evaluate new solutions.

5+ years of experience with integration and automation platforms.
Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through automated workflows.
Deep understanding of LLMs, AI assistants, and agentic workflows.
2+ years of experience with RAG and agent frameworks like LangChain.
5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms and data platforms.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise SaaS integrations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across multiple business functions.
Adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
