Base Salary
$170k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI platform infrastructure, including API integrations and system connectors.
- Develop custom AI-powered applications and workflows that connect models to internal systems.
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of AI providers and tools.
- Design and deliver AI training and enablement programs for the company.
- Partner with engineering and IT teams to ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Stay updated on the AI landscape to identify new tools and capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with AI development tools and delivering production code.
- Familiarity with large language model APIs and prompt engineering.
- Ability to work across various technical areas, including infrastructure and application development.
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
